Style of event: Two day Consumer Summit with a three course dinner
Location: Freemasons Hall, London
Client brief: Organise furniture and kitchen equipment, table centres, cloakroom facilities and all catering services for the two days. Savilles provided full AV including back projection, stage, mics and lectern.
How Richmond met the brief:
We suggested Freemasons Hall to our client, BSI Meetings and Events, as it fully met the requirements for the Tesco Consumer Summit with its excellent central location and spacious, inspiring rooms. The Gallery Suite made a perfect setting for the dinner, and also for the conference the following day. The Ante Room was used for the drinks reception and as a break out area for tea, coffee and refreshments on the conference day.
Guests arrived to a Champagne reception in the early evening after touring many of the Tesco stores around England. Guests were invited to enjoy a three course meal after their long day of touring which was complemented by Tesco Finest wines.
The following day, Richmond supplied tea, coffee, herbal teas and a variety of tasty snacks for the refreshment breaks throughout the day, a corporate buffet lunch, and an Event Manager to ensure the whole day ran smoothly. We were able to set up for the conference the night before, after the dinner, this ensured a competent role out on the day as we were expecting guests to arrive at 8.30am.
To ensure both days ran efficiently a detailed schedule was put together for all members of Richmond’s’ team to follow. A very successful event all round.
