Built between 1927–1932 as a memorial to the Freemasons who died in the First World War, Freemason’s Hall is one of the finest Art Deco buildings in England, and is now Grade II listed internally and externally. This iconic venue is popular for filming and has featured in TV programmes and blockbuster films, as well as hosting London’s Fashion Week, awards ceremonies, exhibitions, receptions and dinners.
The Gallery Suite
The recently refurbished Gallery Suite features Art Deco design, is fully accessible and benefits from natural daylight. A separate Ante Room is included within your hire which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, pre-conference registration and refreshments and your cloakroom.
Smaller breakout rooms are also available to hire if required.
The Grand Vestibule
The Grand Vestibule is on the first floor of Freemason’s Hall and is flanked by two grand staircases. It is a stunning and unique space, featuring elaborate stained glass windows, a mosaic Art Deco starred floor, carved metalwork lighting, gold leaf ceilings and a carved casket containing a scroll naming all the Masons who died in the First World War.
The Grand Vestibule seats 350 for dinner, 250 for dinner and dancing and up to 1000 guests for a reception. It is a blank canvas and can be tailored to your needs. Venue Hire starts from £12,000 + VAT for a half day. For an additional charge the space can be further enhanced by lighting and theming and exciting furniture options.
The Grand Temple
The Grand Temple is a spectacular auditorium seating up to 1,700 guests. Access to The Grand Temple is via The Grand Vestibule.
