Style of event: To provide breakfast and a hot fork buffet lunch for five days for judges and crew at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2014, 28th April to 2nd May.

Client brief: To serve a light breakfast on arrival and a seated hot fork buffet lunch offering new variations each day, interesting food, no strong flavours.
